Giacomo Moda
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico di Turin in 1994. From 1995 to 2001 he was assistant at the Laboratory of Architectural Design. Since 1994 he is runs the family carpentry, having started working early in high school and where he now designs and creates unique pieces or limited editions, furniture and other artifacts, with a special emphasis on the materials used and the special finishings. Following a period of training as a lutist he also creates parts of his musical instruments. Since 1989 he has been collaborating with Brunella Vallauri design and restoration.

Brunella Vallauri
She graduated from the faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico of Turin in 1989. From 1990 to 2000 she was visiting lecturer for “Theory and Techniques of Architectural Design”, at the same faculty. From 1989 to 1990 she collaborated on the design of office spaces. From 1990 to 2014 she worked on architectural projects, urban planning and landscape development. At the same time she opened her own design studio in Turin, as a freelance professional concentrating her work in her field of expertise, renovation and restoration, in collaboration with the architect. Giacomo Moda, with whom she shared, since 1989, many experiences related to the design and making of custom furniture.
